[小学英语]小学英语不宜用国际音标英语作文网收集整理
迄今为止我没教过小学生班，但教过个别小学生，也多次听过小学一年级的英语课。我愿意就这个问题和大家交换意见。
一、学英语用不用国际音标，主要涉及到两个不同性质的问题：
1、发音准不准：英语学习中第一关是发音关。我认为准确的发音只能从听准确的发音、模仿准确的发音而来，小学生尤其如此，因为儿童一个很重要的特点是模仿能力强，应该充分利用这一点。准确的发音不可能从书面符号来，任何书面的符号是白纸上的黑字，本身没有任何声音，不可能教人准确的发音。
2、阅读中遇到生词，怎么读：初学者尤其是小学生，先以听、做、说为主，单词的书面形式不是主要内容，甚至可以暂时不要求记住。
二、学习英语用国际音标容易引起两种错觉：
1、错觉之一，学生认为“我会国际音标，因此我的发音必然准确”，从而放松对自己寻音的重视。实际上，“会国际音标”而发音不准的人多得很。有些人认为某某人的发音准是国际音标的功劳；其实，即使学了国际音标，如果听到的发音不准，学生发音也不可能准。关键是耳朵听到的音要准，而不是眼睛所看见的符号。
2、错觉之二，学生认为英语单词用字母拼写是毫无规律的，只有音标才能表示单词的读音，因此每记一个单词，要记住其两个书面形式：一个是字母的，另一个是音标的；这就必然增加记单词的难度。同时，学生容易把字母和音标混淆，见到生词，如果后面无音标，容易读错，例如把mail读成mile，即把字母“ai”读成音标／ai／。
三、解决见生词要会读出音的办法：
1、以听、做、说带路，学单词的拼写形式时采用“读音规则加辅助手段”的办法；应该逐渐培养学生见生词能读出音的能力；并不是说要学生背规则条条，而是引导学生从所学的单词中自然归纳出规律。个别单词读音有特殊之处就用辅助手段注音，不特殊的就不必注音。英语拼写和读音之间的关系，尽管存在少量的特殊情况，但总的说是有规律的，掌握这些规律对记单词很有帮助。规律是客观存在的，不会因为人不认识它、不利用它而消失。学英语，要记几千、甚至一两万个单词，学生应该学会把单词的意思、读音、拼写三方面结合起来记，而不要总是把音标插在中间起干扰作用。
2、编一本小学生、初中生用的学生词典，有两三千单词就够了，用上述“读音规则加辅助手段”的办法来表示读音。。到了高中，为了查大词典，再学国际音标也不晚，到那时基本读音规律已经掌握好了。
