我们知道，散文是一种自由活泼形式多样的文体，因而有着对特定意境的追求。古有诗文一家、文中有画之说，这里便充分揭示了意境美不独为诗所有，也为散文所有。鉴赏散文的意境美，就要循其通达意境的路径，领略不同人物的人生的不同场景，从这种或闪烁而过或慢速显现的场景之间，捕捉到作者寄寓其中的绵长情思、深邃哲理。
王荣生指出，语文教学内容是教学层面的概念，它应该在教学过程中创造，而这种创造主要是指教师为达到教学目标而在教学实践中呈现的种种材料：既包括在教学中对现成教材内容的沿用，也包括教师对教材内容的的重构处理、加工、改编乃至增删、更换；既包括对课程内容的执行，也包括在课程实施中教师对课程内容的创生。总之，语文新课程理念在课堂教学中最直接的体现，就是教师对课堂的教学设计。成功的课堂教学，离不开执教者匠心独具的教学设计，而预案设计的关键就是语文教学内容的选择。惟有如此，教师才有可能在动态的课堂上生成新的教学内容。
此外，我们还要抓住文中的每一句话、每一个细节来引导学生品味文章的意境美。
《春酒》中有这么一句话：花匠阿标叔也巴结地把煤气灯玻璃罩擦得亮晶晶的，呼呼呼地点燃了，挂在花厅正中，让大家喝酒时划拳吆喝，格外地兴高采烈。
花匠阿标叔为什么要那么卖力地去擦煤气灯的玻璃罩呢？是他要讨好主人吗？一个问题使得大家兴趣盎然，我们很快理解到：他也开心。兴高采烈写出了阿标叔的满足和幸福，同样兴高采烈的还有吃酒的乡亲、我和母亲。家乡的人不因为贫穷而自卑，急需钱用，就起个会，喝春酒，问题迎刃而解；也没有人因为家境富足而骄傲，借出花厅，大家举杯畅饮，其乐融融。这就是我从小生活的家乡，这就是我耳濡目染的家乡文化。我念念难忘的是相亲相爱、和谐融洽的乡情民风。
不知你注意到了没有。文中还有这样一个细节：母亲给我在小酒杯底里只倒了一点点，我端着、闻着，走来走去，有一次一不小心，跨门槛时跌了一跤，杯子捏在手里，酒却全洒在衣襟上了。抱着小花猫时，它直舔，舔完了就呼呼地睡觉。原来我的小花猫也是个酒仙呢！
这一典型细节，一是逼真而形象地描绘出童年的我的天真、得意、兴奋、喜悦的神态与动作，端着、闻着，走来走去活画出了小孩子得到心爱的宝贝后那种激动、向人炫耀的神情态度。二是写小花猫的直舔与呼呼地睡觉，是从侧面赞美八宝酒。古人云物犹如此，人何以堪，作者的感情，完全可以用面对八宝酒，猫犹如此，人何以堪来形容。文字活泼灵动，夸张中透着情趣，比喻中透着诙谐，儿时的欢乐跃然纸上。我呢，就在每个人怀里靠一下，用筷子点一下酒，舔一舔，才过瘾。看似十分随意的几笔细节描写，让我们强烈地感受到大家是如此喜爱这小姑娘，在故乡，邻里之间是如此亲密随和、融洽温馨。这种温馨的人际关系和其乐融融的动人意境让人向往不已，而这一切都只包蕴在文中极不起眼的细节描写中。
