However, unlike other ones, this story first delineates the clients strange behavior at length to indicate the severity of the incident in order to attract the readers to continue reading it. As is known to all, vivid depiction is essential to detective stories since it can help the readers understand each figures characteristics and visualize the scenes, thus making the story more authentic and attractive. Therefore, trying to present a real world to his readership, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of the original Holmes series， has skillfully arranged the plots of the whole story from the perspective of Dr. Watson, a character not so specialized in discovering the truth hidden behind the enigmatic happenings as Holmes but so loyal to Sherlock Homes as a friend that he always accompanies Holmes wherever he goes. In this way, he elaborately depicted every scene and character in the book, Apart from the special start, the ending of the whole story, being dramatic but reasonable, is certainly an outstanding one. After all, except the author himself, who knows that the Dukes seemingly ordinary secretary is in fact the Dukes bastard? In addition, who knows that the Duke actually has already been acquainted with the whole thing before Holmes solves this complicated problem? Whats more, according to his other stories, Holmes has studied different kinds of newspapers, cigarettes, peoples footprints and other special things as well. Except for his illimitable knowledge, Holmes also specializes in arranging the facts in order and then finding the fact leading him to a GREat discovery or even the truth itself. 寒假里,我看来四大名著之一《西游记》。这本书是吴承恩写的。书中讲述了孙悟空因为大闹天宫，被如来压在了五行山下，后陪唐僧西天取经。在高老庄收了猪八戒，在流沙河收服了沙僧。他们每天都和各种妖怪激烈的战斗，看得我如痴如醉，手不释卷。
我最喜欢看的一篇是《真假猴王搅乾坤》。该篇讲了一只神通广大，变化多端，腾云驾雾的六耳猕猴。他趁着唐僧因为孙悟空打死强盗把孙悟空赶走的机会，变成孙悟空的模样，差点把唐僧打死。还霸占了花果山，找了几个猴精变成假唐僧，假猪八戒，假沙僧，和假白龙马。孙悟空与他交战，难以取胜。打到南海，观音菩萨也分辨不出真假。打到天宫所有的神仙都难辨真假。真假悟空打到西天后，如来佛慧眼一睁，六耳猕猴本相现出，急忙变成小蜜蜂飞走，如来佛抛出金钵盂，扣住蜜蜂，六耳猕猴现出原形，被孙悟空打死。
看完了《西游记》，我认识了为民除害的孙悟空，认识了行善好施、心地善良的唐僧，认识了憨厚可爱的猪八戒，认识了任劳任怨的沙和尚。

其实我们没有几个人能真正见过野外生存的狼，但他们的确和我们人类一样世世代代繁衍在这个地球上，只不过他们为了躲避人类的捕杀而隐藏在穷山野沟或茫茫草原中了，虽生存环境恶劣，但他们生生不息，而兽中之王的狮子、老虎却沦落到需要人工繁殖才能延续种族的地步了。究其缘由，妄大的兽中之王总是独来独往，而狼却咬着冷冷的牙，在凄风中顽强地寻找着食物，支撑他们的是身边的家族，因为他不是一个人在战斗。他们最关心的是如何做对集体有利，如何默默的配合才能狩猎成功，而这些已经超越了人类的深层意识，让人望尘莫及了。狗却不用去考虑这些，因为他有高跷摇晃的尾巴，他能寄人篱下，他有嗟来之食，实在没了食物，屎也是不错的选择。而狼却始终拖着尾巴，行走在冷冷的黑夜，为了生存而不断地行走着。我时常在想，狼的奔走何时而止？何时才能卸落他的疲惫？是不是将永远奔走，永不停息，直至变成寒夜中的一部分？他的胃，除了肉，什么都容纳不了，即使饿极至死也不会啃食一叶青草。这也许就是我最最为之敬仰的原因吧，因为走进了他，你会发现他其实就是你一直苦苦寻找着的、为之神往的、执着的行者！
曾经听说过一个故事，有只狼的幼崽自小被人和狗放在一起驯养，从小狼也滑稽地学着狗叫，突然有一天，本性迸发，他仰天长嗥，吓得一起长大的狗瑟瑟发抖。还曾听说，当猎人追赶一只落单的狼，被逼到走投无路时，即使前面是悬崖他也会纵身跃下，如果前面没有悬崖，他也会保持一个高贵的姿势，泰然面对猎人的尖刀。而狗就识时务得多了，当主人皮鞭高举，尚未落下时，他就立马呜咽倒地，摇尾乞怜，甚至一个“萌萌哒”就能换回主人的爱抚。外形相似的狼和狗缘何这么格格不入呢？究其根源还是“狼性”了，狗在进化的过程中学会了很多“生存之道”，但也渐渐丢失了“狼性”，成了众人口中的“狗奴才”了。
可喜的是很多人都和我一样有同感了。我要感谢一部动画片和一首歌，为狼树碑立传。动画片《喜羊羊和灰太狼》不仅是孩子喜欢的，我也很喜欢，难怪现在的女生都说“嫁人就嫁灰太狼”，说灰太狼聪明能干、吃苦耐劳、爱老婆胜过爱自己、感情还十分专一。原来狼的这些优点的根源是他对感情的专一，你万万没想到的是狼------“一夫一妻”制。再看看狗，无论在街头巷尾，还是墙角旮旯，随时都能看到他们交配的身影，而且还经常“跨种族”作战。“我是一匹来自北方的狼，走在无垠的旷野中，凄厉的北方吹过，漫漫的黄沙掠过，我只有咬着冷冷的牙，不为别的，只为那传说中美丽的草原。。。。。。”寒风中再次响起齐秦那凄凉激昂的歌声。
当然，在狼和狗的世界里，没有对，没有错，他们都只有一个目的，那就是：生存。只不过他们生存的方式和手段有差异，就看你自己愿意以何种心态去生存罢了。
