1、课时问题

国家关于开设小学英语教学的有关文件中明确指出：四——六年级每周授课不可少于120分钟，但有的学校并没有执行，还有的学校因为师资紧张，没有英语教师承担教学任务，英语教学进度不能正常完成。

2、师资问题

小学英语是打基础阶段，师资力量尤为重要，但我区现有53名英语教师，英语专业仅占9人，转岗23人，外聘21人，这是以后英语教学的一个隐忧。

3、教师素质问题

①教师课时量或兼课多，缺乏自觉的理论学习。

②新聘教师培训不够。

建议：

①稳定优秀外聘教师，防止外流。（已有两人外流）

②各校校长、教导主任有必要重新领会精神，给予英语教学以高度重视。

③尽力多引入英语本科，大专生，为小学英语教学增添力量。

六、下一步工作打算

1、继续以科研为载体，用新的理念指导各项工作。

六年级的任务最重，难度最大。首先从对学生阅读技巧的培养和解题思维的训练入手，层层推进，逐步引导，一学期下来取得了不俗的成绩。

在教研活动中，各年级都能进行认真讨论，相互交流沟通，针对自己在教育教学中的问题和困惑各抒己见、畅所欲言。这种教学经验的交流、思维火花的碰撞既促进了大家教学水平的提高，也大大增强了本组教师的凝聚力。同时，也顺应了新时期的教育要求，使大家走上了教学研究之路，创设了和谐浓厚的科研氛围。

为了能更好地提高英语教学质量，我们针对学生在英语学习过程中存在的实际情况，统一单元试卷、习题练习，做到把握教材和教学目标的统一，发现问题及时补救，根据教学大纲的要求，教师首先做到课课通、单元清，随时为学生答疑解惑，为提高教学质量提供保障。

四、抓好公开课教学，努力提高教学能力

课堂教学是教学工作的主阵地，提高课堂教学的实效性、培养学生学习兴趣、提高学生学习成绩是我们的最终目的。为此，本学期，我组共安排公开课4次，“随堂课”4次、示范课1次，在组内形成了“比、赶、学”的良好氛围。大家在积极学习教学理论的同时，苦练教学基本功，从课堂教学的组织、方法的优化，情境的创设等方面相互勉励，共同进步。我们还经常进行“说课——集体备课——上课——集体评课”活动，让讲课老师能“一课一得”：发现自己课中特色的地方，找出自己在教学中存在的不足之处，虚心接受听课老师提出的意见和建议，不断改进教学方法，努力提高教学质量。通过这些活动，我们取长补短，探讨教学得失，有力地促进了教师业务能力的提高。

同时，我组教师非常重视自身教学能力及教学素质的提高，积极撰写教研论文。
